Who We Are

The Almaden South Asian Women’s Association is a group of women in the Almaden Valley, striving to serve as a cohesive factor within the community and ensuring that members of the community  are afforded support necessary for their holistic well being. 

This group is motivated by a strong sense of civic duty and belief in the collective power of the community to advocate for women.   

Through analysis, public outreach and strategic collaborations, ASAWA strives to ensure that programs and services are made available to women and their families in Almaden to support their equality and advancement at home, work and in the community.
